    Abstract

Siahkal city is located in the southeast of Gilan province. It consists of two plains and mountainous areas, and in terms of climate, it has a humid and semi-humid climate. The size of this city is 1048.6 square kilometers and its population is based on the statistics of 1990 (47096 people). In terms of the presence of three important rivers, numerous pools and reservoirs, waterfalls, thick and dense forests, the existence of prohibited hunting areas and animal reserves, it has potential areas for the development of ecotourism. According to the tourist attractions around the water resources, the main goal of this research is to identify and introduce the rivers and reservoirs and dams of Siahkol city, to determine the ecotourism capabilities of the margins of reservoirs and dams and rivers for the development of tourism in Siahkol city, to provide solutions for the development of nature tourism on the banks of rivers, reservoirs and dams, to propose the development and expansion of facilities and equipment for the use of tourists and to prevent the destruction of dams and pools. It is being destroyed.

In this research, the descriptive and analytical method was used to formulate the theoretical foundations of the descriptive method for the research findings and field studies of the analytical method. The library method was used in the theoretical foundations of the research by searching in books, articles, and newspapers. In the field section, by distributing the questionnaire and extracting its information, as well as taking photos and observing the desired phenomena, the required information was collected. The information collection tools included questionnaires, books, tables, charts and computers. The statistical population of Siahkal city, the sample population of tourists of Siahkal city, and the sample size of 321 tourists were selected based on Cochran's table.

At the end, after collecting information for the theoretical foundations of the research, collecting questionnaires and extracting information about what solutions exist for the development of ecotourism in the riverside and reservoirs of Siahkal city. The results showed that the development and improvement of communication routes, introduction of ecotourism attractions on radio and television, advertising and marketing, as well as the creation of accommodation and service centers for tourists were the suggested solutions for the main research question. Also, other results were obtained by designing sub-questions. Most of the tourists traveled to this city to see natural attractions such as mountains-forest-river. They believed that the ecotourism attractions of Siahkol city have not been used optimally. Tourists stated that the development of ecotourism can create employment and reduce unemployment. They believed that with the increase of accommodation and service centers, the duration of their stay in Siahkol city will increase, and they also called spring and summer the most suitable season to use the nature of this city.

At the end, suggestions were made to remove the obstacles and problems. The creation of a coastal park on the edge of rivers and reservoirs, the definition of a linear forest park on the route from Siahkol to Dilman, the construction of accommodation and welfare centers for tourists at the city level and in the target area of ??Bala Rood tourism, the preparation of promotional programs to introduce as many ecotourism attractions as possible, the preparation of water sports programs and competitions around water resources were among the suggestions presented to remove the existing obstacles.

Natural attractions and different geographical climates have brought valuable resources to man in the economic field, which certainly requires the provision of various conditions. One of the different forms of tourism is natural tourism or tourism in nature or ecotourism. which is actually tourism based on environmental sustainability with a primary focus on experiencing natural environments that promote culture and the environment. And today, it has a special place in the tourism industry.

When we come across the name of ecotourism, we suddenly think of traveling in nature. Nature-based tourism is one of the different types of tourism, according to which any activity with a travel experience that focuses on nature means natural tourism.Tourism based on nature is one of the different types of tourism, and according to this, any activity with a travel experience that focuses on nature means natural tourism, which does not always emphasize the responsibility of tourism towards the surrounding environment. In the first chapter of this research, while stating the problem and the necessity of the research, the purpose of this research was to identify the ecotourism attractions along the rivers and reservoirs. In addition to having a touristic role, the reservoirs of Siahkol city also play an important role in providing agricultural water. In the second chapter of this study, the background of the research, concepts, definitions, schools and theories related to the research were discussed. In the third chapter, the descriptive-analytical inferential method was used in this research. In the research stages, data was first obtained from written sources and by library and field methods. (Questionnaire distribution) Then these data were organized and analyzed.

The statistical population of Siahkol city, the sample population of tourists of this city and the sample size according to Cochran's table, 321 people were selected. The research variables included tourist attractions (independent variable) and tourists (dependent variable). The research indicators of the natural and ecotourism attractions of Siahkol city include vegetation, animal life, rivers, reservoirs.

Natural characteristics - human and economic characteristics were studied, and the ecotourism attractions along the river and reservoirs were studied.

The scope of the study of the entire Siahkol city and its time period was selected from the winter of 1992 to September of 1993.

In the fourth chapter, using the information extracted from the questionnaire and drawing tables and graphs for each of the items and hypotheses of the research and using the descriptive and analytical method, the research hypotheses were proven. It was found that the banks of rivers and catchments in Siahkol city have ecotourism diversity such as forest cover, river, favorable weather, waterfall, etc. is So, according to this issue and the problems of ecotourism development in this area, solutions were presented.

    Chapter one: General research

Research plan: Every research or scientific research must follow a plan designed in such a way that the nature, characteristics and all the measures, activities and affairs that are dealt with during the research process are well defined. It is obvious that conducting a scientific research, even with the scope and volume of work and large dimensions, is not possible without a plan or implementation plan. related to the topic of the research. In simpler terms, the research plan is a map of how to conduct scientific research. Therefore, its design and planning require a lot of meditation, precision and patience. Because if the researcher invests in this relationship, he can carry out the research according to it and avoid wandering, doing repetitive work, spending extra money, waste of facilities and manpower, and increase the health, accuracy and validity of the research. ) Informing those who are effective in approving the project. (Hafez Nia, 2013: 32)

In this research, due to the vastness of the study area, the large volume of work, the large amount of information - preventing wandering and research stages, the limited financial resources, and also due to the soundness and accuracy of the work, more credibility of the research has been tried. With the teacher's guidance, prepare a basic plan. And do the work accordingly.
